About Me

From starting off as a football coach at 16 years old, to going into personal training. Over these last 10 years of training and coaching I've managed to find the perfect balance between training, nutrition and lifestyle and that's exactly what I teach to all my clients.

My coaching methods are all backed by science but explained in the most simplistic way to teach you how to not only get results, but how to maintain them long term without sacificing everything you enjoy in life.

Everything is personalsied from workouts to nutrition and lifestyle targets. You will get full access to everything for Β£40 per week.
Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes but the plan is personalised based on how busy you are.
This isn't a 'hyrox or running plan'. I specialise in helping people drop body fat, build muscle and feel confident in clothes, all while living a busy lifestyle.
Most clients train between 3–5 days per week, but your plan will be built around your lifestyle and schedule.
Most people start noticing results within the first 4–6 weeks, but it depends on consistency, nutrition, and your starting point. We will create a roadmap so you can see what to expect for the months ahead.
No, there are no hidden costs. Everything is included and there is no committment period.
On average, clients lose 5–20kg of fat while building lean muscle, improving strength, confidence, and energy levels.
If you follow the plan and stay consistent but don’t see results, I'll refund you, and work with you for free until you do. I have done this for long enough to know I can guarantee results if you stick to the plan.
